You book your flights separately, but we've already worked out the sensible way to do it — here are our recommended routes, airlines and timings for this trip.
Our Peru, Bolivia & Chile Andean Trilogy tour begins in Lima and ends in Santiago, so we recommend an open-jaw (multi-city) booking: Fly into Lima (LIM) Fly home from Santiago (SCL)
Note: depending on when you travel, your itinerary may end in Calama, Chile, which requires booking a domestic short flight to Santiago. Be sure to check your itinerary or ask one of our team if you're unsure.

There are no direct flights from the UK, so you'll have at least one stop. You'll fly into Lima in Peru and home from Chile via Santiago.
London Heathrow gives you the widest choice, via Europe or the Americas.
Bear in mind that if you transit via the US you will need to clear immigration and this requires you to have an ESTA. As a result, many of our travellers choose to fly via Madrid or another European city.
Carriers we recommend
KLM or Air France
A one-stop via Amsterdam or Paris into Lima to begin.
Iberia or Air Europa
A one-stop via Madrid, into Lima and out of Santiago.
LATAM
A one-stop via São Paulo or within South America, handy for the Chile return, with your bags checked through.

Fly into Lima and home from Santiago (open-jaw).
Lima is a one-stop via Europe or the Americas, typically around 15–18 hours.
The tour finishes near Calama and San Pedro de Atacama, requiring a short domestic flight to Santiago for your flight home.
Typical economy return fares are around £850–£1,450 per person for the open-jaw.
We must stress that this is indicative only, with fares often rising closer to the departure date, always subject to availability and change.
On the way out: A European one-stop avoids any US visa or ESTA paperwork. Flights into Lima often arrive late evening, so do plan a first night there. We'd be happy to book that for you; just ask!
On arrival: A night in Lima helps you recover; you'll then gain altitude gently through Peru and Bolivia.
Coming back: You'll fly from Calama to Santiago on a short domestic flight, then home from Santiago — do confirm the open-jaw, Lima in and Santiago out (but check if your specific itinerary already gets you to Santiago).
International flights are booked separately and booked directly with the airline. The recommendations on this page are guidance to help you choose; fares are indicative and subject to availability and change. We don't sell flights or guarantee fares.
