This morning you leave Quito for the majestic Quilotoa Lagoon, a volcanic crater filled with sumptuous turquoise water and ringed by steep mountains. From the viewpoint trail, you take in the depth of the lake, its shifting light and the raw geological power of the Andes.

After a local lunch, the road carries you through wild panoramas and peaceful villages to the Cotopaxi region. In the evening you find the serenity of a lodge nestled in the heart of the páramo, watched over by Ecuador's most famous volcano — a complete immersion in the Andean atmosphere.

The morning begins in the heart of Cotopaxi National Park, with the cleansing air of the páramo and the volcano's perfect silhouette on the horizon. A gentle hike leads through golden grasses, mountain lakes and spectacular panoramas: a wild and grandiose setting.

After lunch in this natural setting, you head north, where the mood gradually changes: Cotopaxi gives way to the cultural richness of Otavalo, a village known the world over for its Indigenous traditions. Here you discover life square by square and feel the vitality of the Sierra.

On waking, you plunge into the bustle of the Otavalo artisan market: an explosion of colour, sound and living tradition. A few steps away, you take part in an Andean weaving workshop, discovering the secrets of this ancestral craft as you create your own textile, guided by local artisans.

After a local lunch, you head for Cuicocha Lagoon: a circular lake ringed by mountains, its mysterious waters changing shade with the passing clouds. A relaxing stroll, a moment of contemplation, then on to Puembo: a peaceful village and haven of gardens, the perfect place to round off the day gently.

The day begins with a complete change of scene. From Quito, you take your flight to San Cristóbal, leaving the Andean landscapes behind for the unique atmosphere of the Galápagos. On arrival the air feels softer, the light brighter, and the ocean soon appears in the background.

After this transition, you discover the Interpretation Centre, which helps you understand the archipelago's history, its fragile ecosystem and the conservation efforts in place to protect these islands found nowhere else on Earth.

The exploration continues to the Tijeretas viewpoint, where volcanic landscapes meet the ocean in a spectacular setting. From the heights, the view opens onto the turquoise waters and wild coastline of San Cristóbal, in an atmosphere deeply shaped by the ever-present nature of the Galápagos.

You then head to Playa Carola, a wilder, more peaceful beach where the sound of the waves accompanies your first encounters with the local wildlife. Between pale sand, volcanic formations and a relaxed mood, this is a place to slow down and make the most of this first immersion in the archipelago.

In the late afternoon you return to Puerto Baquerizo Moreno, where the lively atmosphere of the little port contrasts with the natural landscapes of the day. Little by little you fall into the gentle rhythm of the Galápagos, marking the true start of your island adventure. Dinner follows naturally at the end of the day, a welcome pause to savour your first moments on the island.

Important: To enter the Galápagos Islands you must buy the Transit Control Card online, which costs USD 20 and is payable by credit or debit card. This is arranged with your guide's help once you arrive in Ecuador. The Galápagos National Park entrance fee is payable directly on arrival (USD 200).

This morning you set sail for the uninhabited island of Lobos, off San Cristóbal. From the moment you're under way, the volcanic landscapes and turquoise waters recall the wild, unspoilt character of the Galápagos.

On arrival, wildlife quickly appears all around you. The island is home to numerous sea lion colonies, as well as several seabird species emblematic of the archipelago. As you walk, you spot the famous blue-footed boobies and the frigatebirds that occupy the rocky shores and nesting areas.

The discovery continues in the water, mask and snorkel in hand. In this beautifully preserved environment, you explore the seabed and observe the underwater life of the Galápagos in a calm, natural setting. Conditions permitting, you can sometimes swim close to sea lions or sea turtles.

Lunch fits naturally into this day of exploration before returning to Puerto Baquerizo Moreno in the afternoon. Back on San Cristóbal, you enjoy a more relaxed mood after this immersion among marine wildlife, volcanic landscapes and the crystal-clear waters of the Galápagos.

The day begins with a crossing between the islands, leaving San Cristóbal for Santa Cruz. As you sail, the ocean and volcanic landscapes accompany this transition to a new side of the Galápagos.

On arrival, you head for the island's green highlands, where the air becomes cooler and more humid. The landscapes shift gradually between dense vegetation, volcanic soils and mist-covered hills.

You reach a giant tortoise ranch, where the famous Galápagos tortoises roam freely in their natural environment. As you go, you watch these emblematic animals move slowly between watering holes and vegetation, in a calm, unspoilt setting.

The discovery continues through the impressive lava tunnels, formed by the ancient eruptions that shaped the archipelago. Further on, the giant craters of Los Gemelos offer another striking contrast of landscapes in the island's highlands.

In the afternoon, you visit the famous Charles Darwin Station, dedicated to the research and conservation of the Galápagos' endemic species. This visit helps you understand the archipelago's fragile balance and the efforts made to preserve this unique environment.

At the end of the day you find the lively atmosphere of Puerto Ayora, after this immersion among emblematic wildlife and the volcanic landscapes of Santa Cruz.

The day begins with a boat crossing between Santa Cruz and Isabela, the largest island in the archipelago. As you sail, the volcanic landscapes and the vastness of the Pacific accompany this transition to a wilder, more unspoilt Galápagos island.

On arrival at Puerto Villamil, the atmosphere feels immediately more peaceful. The long beaches, sandy streets and the island's gentle pace contrast with the bustle of the previous days.

You continue your discovery with an excursion to Las Tintoreras, a cluster of small volcanic islets shaped by ancient lava flows. Between black rock, turquoise water and mangroves, this raw landscape reveals one of the most emblematic sides of Isabela.

As you go, you observe the famous white-tipped reef sharks resting in the shallow channels, along with marine iguanas, sea lions and various seabirds that occupy the volcanic shores. The atmosphere is calm, wild and deeply marked by the constant presence of wildlife.

From the island's surroundings, you take the road to the spectacular Sierra Negra volcano, one of the most impressive in the Galápagos.

As you climb, the landscapes shift gradually between dry vegetation, lava fields and open views over the island and the ocean. The atmosphere grows quieter, almost otherworldly, as you approach the crater.

At the summit, the immensity of Sierra Negra suddenly reveals itself. Its huge crater, among the largest in the world, offers a raw and spectacular setting, marked by the successive eruptions that shaped this part of the archipelago. You walk along part of the crater rim to make the most of the panoramas over these unique volcanic landscapes, where the contrasts of colour and relief are a constant reminder of nature's power.

In the afternoon, you gradually make your way back down to Isabela's inhabited areas, with the feeling of having discovered a wilder, more mineral side of the Galápagos. From the volcanic landscapes of Isabela, the day continues to one of the island's wildest sites: Cabo Rosa. Along the way, the volcanic relief and coastal expanses are a constant reminder of the raw, remote character of this part of the Galápagos.

On arrival, the setting seems almost unreal. Between lava tunnels, turquoise water and rock formations sculpted by time, Cabo Rosa reveals a unique landscape where nature fills every space. The famous formations of Los Túneles create a genuine natural labyrinth above and below the water.

As you explore, wildlife appears everywhere around you. Sea turtles, tropical fish, rays and seabirds accompany this discovery in a beautifully preserved environment. The calm of the place, broken only by the sound of water and wind, deepens the sense of being far from everything.

The day begins early with the boat crossing between Isabela and Santa Cruz, offering a last chance to admire the volcanic landscapes and the vastness of the Pacific at daybreak. Gradually the shores of Puerto Ayora reappear, marking the return to the archipelago's central island.

After this crossing, you head to the famous Tortuga Bay, reached after a pleasant walk along a trail lined with dry vegetation and mangroves. Along the way, marine iguanas appear regularly on the rocks and path edges, a reminder of the constant presence of wildlife in the Galápagos.

On arrival, the vast white-sand beach contrasts with the turquoise water and volcanic formations bordering the bay. The atmosphere is more peaceful, an invitation to slow down and make the most of this last moment in contact with the archipelago's unique nature.

Today you're set to experience one of the archipelago's most complete marine adventures: the spectacular 180° Tour of Santa Cruz island. You cast off from Puerto Ayora for an unforgettable semi-circular voyage across the day. Your route takes you to the emblematic Pinzón island, the mysterious Dum islet and the spectacular volcanic silhouette of Daphne Major. The journey combines memorable snorkelling sessions in wonderfully clear waters with relaxing moments on wild, unspoilt beaches such as Playa Edén, Las Palmitas and Bahía Borrero.

Slipping into this marine sanctuary, you enter a natural aquarium: you swim alongside playful sea lions, peaceful sea turtles, colourful starfish, white-tipped reef sharks and graceful eagle rays gliding over the coral reefs.

From the deck, you watch and photograph fascinating birdlife: the famous blue-footed boobies, impressive frigatebirds, pelicans and the rare red-billed tropicbird. A delicious lunch on board is served in this end-of-the-world setting, before returning to Puerto Ayora in the late afternoon.

Today marks the end of your extraordinary adventure in the heart of one of the most diverse and unspoilt countries on the planet. You leave Santa Cruz in the morning for Baltra airport, crossing the wild landscapes of dry vegetation, volcanic rock and endless ocean one last time.

From Baltra, you take your domestic flight to Quito, leaving behind the peaceful rhythm and unique wildlife of the Galápagos. In the evening, a farewell dinner awaits to prolong the magic a little longer and savour the rich moments shared together one final time.
