Sarah studied tourism management in Germany and since falling in love with Peru she has decided to settle down there permanently. Sarah is a very helpful and bright person who laughs a lot. In her spare time Sarah likes to meet friends, party and sleep until midday the next day. Since May, 2007 Sarah has taken over the office management in Arequipa with Miguel.

Oscar attended the Max Uhle German school in Arequipa and in 2003 became the new member of the viventura family in Peru. Oscar deals with the financial side of the business and maintains regular contact with banks and flight offices. In his spare time he likes to play tennis and football and loves to watch soccer on television, especially Inter Milan.

Miguel is from Lake Titicaca where he met his wife at an early age and with whom he now lives a happy family life with his children in Arequipa. Miguel has worked in the tourism sector for many years. In Puno, he managed a travel agency before working for viventura where he now profits from his experience. He leads the office in Arequipa together with Sarah, where he handles all financial and administrative tasks.

Amparo, also called Amparito, has been viventura's representative for accountancy since May 2005. She studied Financial Management and Political Science at the Universidad Nacional de San Agustin in Arequipa. In her spare time Amparo likes to read a lot.

Angela is from Arequipa. She has studied Business and Hotel Tourism and has worked approximately two years in the travel industry. Having worked for three years in another sector, Angela is glad to be back in tourism again. She speaks Spanish, French and a little German. At viventura she is responsible for hotel reservations.

Sonia studied tourism in Arequipa and is now happy to combine her academic background with real experience at viventura. Having worked for more than two years as a tour guide at viventura, she is now responsible for the other tour guides and the local social projects in the Arequipa office. Sonia lived in Germany for a year, close to Hannover. She is still fascinated by the cities of Berlin and Hamburg and holds many happy memories. In her spare time she likes the cinema, dancing, beaches, but most of all travelling. Sonia inspires people with her friendliness and always has a smile on her face.
